If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-pickup, refused, etc., you have the following options:

1. Pay an additional postage fee via PayPal, then we will re-send the package to you.
2. Place a new similar physical order (total must be equal or greater to original order) and we will include the original order in the package for free.
3. Request a refund for the actual physical purchase, minus shipping fee.
