If you ordered direct on coldbusted.org:
As of July 1, 2021, the way VAT is applied to orders shipping to EU countries from outside the EU has changed. As of October 11, 2021, orders to the EU placed on coldbusted.org will include VAT. Prior to October 11, we were unable to collect VAT. That means for any EU orders placed before October 11, 2021, EU customers will most likely be required to pay VAT to the courier at the time of delivery in order to receive their order.
If you ordered on Bandcamp:
For Bandcamp orders placed before July 1, 2021 (including pre-orders), you did not pay VAT when you ordered, so, EU customers will most likely be required to pay VAT to the courier at the time of delivery in order to receive their order. For Bandcamp orders placed on July 1, 2021 or after, you paid VAT when placing your order. If the courier questions this, you may want to show them your receipt from Bandcamp that shows that you paid VAT.

Our current policy on customs and import taxes still applies:
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Our fulfillment center must clearly list the value of each item on the outside of the package. Any inquiries asking to change these values will be ignored.
No refunds are provided if your package is returned for refusing to pay these import duty taxes.
Any requests for packages to be marked as gifts and or lower in value are ignored.
