If you are wondering where your order is, you may want to double check your order confirmation email.
Click the 'View your order' button in the email. If any of the items listed show "Pre-Order: ✓" or if the description mentions "PRE-ORDER:" your order contains a pre-order item.
If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will not ship until ALL items are in stock – which means none of your items will ship until the release date of the pre-order item.
When ordering direct at coldbusted.org we try to make this as clear as possible by:
1. Warning when you add the item to your cart
2. Agree to pre-order terms when you check out
